These terms apply to orders placed with PureFind. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation.

Prices

Prices include 15% VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Any “was” price is a price at which the product was genuinely offered for at least 28 days.

Cancellation

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel within 7 days of delivery; our own policy extends this to 30 days with free returns.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the six-month implied warranty on defective goods, are not affected.
