PureFind is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address and order history.
• Account details if you create one: name, email, hashed password.
• An anonymous visitor ID cookie used to keep your basket and wishlist.
• With your consent: first-party analytics events and third-party advertising pixels (Google, Meta, TikTok).

What we don't collect

Card details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway (PayFast or Paystack) and never touch our servers.

Lawful bases

Contract (to fulfil orders), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service emails, a single abandoned-basket reminder) and consent (marketing emails, analytics and advertising cookies).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@purefind.co.za. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
