Are your products the same as the ones on TikTok?+
They're the versions that passed our tests. Often we tested several suppliers of the same viral product and stocked the one that held up — which isn't always the cheapest.
Why are you more expensive than Temu or AliExpress?+
You're paying for testing, local stock, 2–4 day delivery, real customer service and free 30-day returns. We'd rather sell you one thing that works than three that don't.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Guest checkout is always available. An account just lets you track orders, save addresses and earn points.
How do I know your reviews are real?+
Only verified buyers can leave a review — we match the order number and email. We publish negative reviews too.
When will my order arrive?+
Order by 2pm on a weekday and it ships the same day. Door-to-door courier takes 2–4 working days; express reaches main centres the next working day.
Can I return something?+
Yes — 30 days, free, no questions asked.
Is checkout secure?+
Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS certified South African payment gateway (PayFast or Paystack). We never see or store your card details.
