Changed your mind? That's fine. You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, free.

How to return

• Email returns@purefind.co.za with your order number (PF-…).
• We'll book a free courier collection from your door within two working days.
• Pack the item in its original packaging if you still have it and hand it to the driver.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, tell us. We'll replace or refund it — your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (including the six-month warranty on defects) always apply on top of this policy.
